Lead Pastry Chef de Partie at Luxury Hotel & Events

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment seeks an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie for a Luxury Hotel in the Gloucester area. You will lead the pastry section under the Head Chef, crafting desserts for fine dining, weddings and functions in a dedicated pastry kitchen with modern ovens and equipment.

Role requires previous 4 kitchen experience with AA Rosette level or above, and the ability to supervise and mentor junior staff while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
