Lead Outdoor Education Centre Deputy Manager

The Institute for Outdoor Learning is seeking a Deputy Centre Manager at Celtic Harmony Camp in Hertford. You will lead the education and events team, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and ensure quality outdoor experiences for schools and community groups. Key responsibilities include team management, overseeing safety practices, and delivering engaging activities like archery and bushcraft. The ideal candidate will have strong outdoor education skills and experience, as well as excellent communication abilities. This is a full-time position with a salary range of £33,000-£35,000.
