Lead OTC Innovation Scientist for Consumer Health

Haleon in London is seeking a Principal Innovation Scientist onsite three days a week to lead OTC innovation across the OU and accelerate speed to market within regulatory constraints.

You will partner with medical, regulatory, and external teams to drive a balanced pipeline, deliver consumer-relevant products, and provide technical leadership from concept through to commercialization in a highly matrixed organisation.
