Lead Nutritional Lab Operations & Automation

Reading Scientific Services Ltd (RSSL) seeks a Nutritional Laboratory Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations, drive automation for lean processes and ensure quality, safety, and compliance. You will oversee a team of 5 FTEs, maintain end-to-end lab workflow, and coordinate with stakeholders to grow services for clients.

Based at Reading with possible site attendance; strong leadership, project management and communication skills required.
