Lead Nurse (RGN) - Dementia & Residential Care

Cinnamon is looking for an experienced Senior Nurse (RGN) to join their team at Eden Court, a luxury retirement village in Battersea, London. This full-time role involves providing clinical leadership, ensuring person-centered care, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a valid NMC PIN, experience in older people's nursing, and strong clinical assessment skills. The position includes 2 supernumerary days per week, and the candidate should be compassionate and resident-focused.
