Lead Nurse - Older Adult Medicine (24/7 Clinical Lead)

NHS Lanarkshire is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership in Older Adult Medicine. The post involves recruiting, supervising and deploying ward staff to deliver high-quality care.

The post holder will have 24-hour responsibility for ward/department management and will rotate to address clinical issues, ensure timely patient care, and deploy staff as needed.
