Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in daily scrums.
  • Plan tasks and support all coordinating development activities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain our product with a strong focus on back-end solutions using a microservices architecture.
  • Contribute actively as a Lead back-end developer.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the codebase by applying best development practices and modern engineering principles.
  • Lead and oversee the migration from a monolithic application to a serverless microservices architecture.


You must have:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET.
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical leadership roles.
  • Proven experience with Relational Databases (SQL).
  • Strong understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles.
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
  • Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week.
