Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in daily scrums.
- Plan tasks and support all coordinating development activities.
- Design, develop, and maintain our product with a strong focus on back-end solutions using a microservices architecture.
- Contribute actively as a Lead back-end developer.
- Drive continuous improvement of the codebase by applying best development practices and modern engineering principles.
- Lead and oversee the migration from a monolithic application to a serverless microservices architecture.
You must have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET.
- Minimum of 2 years of technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience with Relational Databases (SQL).
- Strong understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles.
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
- Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week.
