Job Description

Workday is seeking a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to lead the anonymization capability within our AI Platform in Ireland. You will own architecture and roadmap for privacy-preserving ML, including differential privacy, group anonymization, and synthetic data generation.

You will lead a team of engineers, collaborate with external research partners, and drive secure data sharing for research and benchmarking across the enterprise.
