Lead Medication Safety - Learning Disability Services

Your World in Chelmsford is recruiting a Pharmacy Medication Safety Officer and Lead Pharmacist for Learning Disability Services. You will provide clinical leadership, lead safety initiatives, and support medicines optimisation across the Trust.

The role requires a GPhC-registered pharmacist with substantial clinical experience in mental health or learning disabilities, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive service improvement.
