Lead Mechanical Design Engineer

Location: Eindhoven

Position: Permanent

Salary: 75k-100k

About the Role

As a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll be at the heart of cutting-edge product development for complex, high-tech systems. You'll work closely with architects, system engineers, and a team of designers to develop mechanical modules from concept through validation - with a focus on precision, manufacturability, and performance.

What You'll Do

Lead a small team of mechanical designers in R&D projects
Define technical solutions and translate them into 3D designs (preferably using Siemens NX)
Support prototype builds and lead validation testing

You Bring

3+ years in mechanical design for high-tech or precision systems
Strong 3D CAD skills (preferably Siemens NX or similar)
Solid understanding of materials, mechanics, and design for manufacturability
