Lead, Maturity Assessments & Delivery

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Associate Director to lead delivery excellence in maturity assessments across multiple major programmes in the UK. You will guide technical delivery, maintain Hexagon/Ma frameworks, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based outputs for strategic clients.

You will build internal SME networks, drive continuous improvement, and shape bids and propositions to grow the MA/Hexagon service line in a fast-moving environment.
