Lead, Luxury Store Cleaning Operations

Harrods is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the Cleaning Operations within our Knightsbridge store. You will manage a team of three direct reports and eighteen indirect reports, coordinating day-to-day activities, coaching staff and ensuring excellent service standards across shifts.

The role requires flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays, with day shifts from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
