Lead Local Land Charges Officer - Transform & Deliver

Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council is seeking a Principal Local Land Charges Officer to lead and develop the Local Land Charges service. The role focuses on accurate processing of CON29 searches and maintaining the statutory register, with a view to continuous improvement and digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, legal knowledge of local land charges and the ability to analyse complex information, plus leadership experience in a similar service.
