Lead Legal Counsel, Private Capital Transactions

The Stephen James Partnership is seeking a commercially minded transactional lawyer to join its Legal team, supporting the Private Capital Advisory business on complex secondary market transactions.

You will work embedded in the deal team, advising on GP-led and LP-led transactions, and partnering directly with senior deal professionals. This role offers close business integration and significant ownership of transaction execution.
