Lead L&D Assessor Team & IQA

Community Integrated Care seeks an experienced L&D Assessor Team Leader and Lead IQA (LIQA) to steer our assessor team, oversee qualification delivery, and uphold the highest quality across learning programmes. This full-time role requires weekly attendance at our Widnes or Aberdeen offices, with national travel as needed.

You will drive QA, observations, coaching and data-driven improvements to learner outcomes.
