Lead Junior Performance Swim Coach

Bishop's Stortford Swimming Club in Hertfordshire is seeking an enthusiastic Performance Swim Coach to lead our Junior Performance Squad, coaching swimmers aged 10-12 as they compete at county and regional levels and progress along the club's pathway.

The role focuses on planning engaging training, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback to swimmers and parents, while aligning with the club's coaching team.
