Lead Italian Kitchen Chef - Grill & Pasta Master

GiGi in Manchester is seeking a senior Head Chef to lead the opening kitchen of Gusto Griglia, GiGi. You will own day-to-day culinary operations, maintain quality, and build a brigade with pride.

You will refine the menu with the Culinary Director, manage stock, costs, compliance, and help develop a kitchen culture centered on craft, provenance and Italian grilling mastery.

This role demands exceptional leadership, passion for Italian cuisine, and a hands-on approach at high volume.
