Lead IT Service Operations & Delivery

Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking an IT Service Operations Manager to own IT services, ensuring reliable, high quality delivery across business areas. You will lead IT Support, Support Engineer and User Fulfilment teams, driving KPI reporting, incident management and continuous improvements.
