Lead Island Kitchen Chef - Scratch Cooking & Service

The Tanera Project is seeking an experienced chef to take responsibility for kitchen operations on Tanera Mòr, delivering memorable dining while living in a remarkable island environment. You will work with the Head Chef, own service when off-site, shape the food vision, and supervise prep, stock, and inventory.

You bring proven professional kitchen experience, a passion for seasonal, scratch cooking, and a full UK driving licence.
