Lead Infrastructure Planner - Water & Major Projects

Tilbury Douglas is seeking an experienced Planner in Exeter to support major infrastructure projects across the South West, with a focus on water. You will provide planning, programming, project controls and methodology from tender through to completion, collaborating with bid, design, commercial and operations teams.

You will shape project strategies, identify risks, and drive programme certainty through robust planning processes and stakeholder engagement.
