Our client within the public sector requires a proven SC Cleared Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Working to deliver secure, effective, and cost-efficient digital infrastructure services and to run live IT operations that support the business objectives

As an End User Computing Engineer, your main responsibilities will be to:
Deliver a digital workplace that enhances operational efficiency and user productivity.
Provide high-quality IT services and support to end-users.
Build and maintain a world-class performance-focused user experience control centre.
Exploit and enhance hybrid cloud services to improve flexibility and scalability.
Protect and secure the services to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in end-user computing services.

Technical Skills required:
Significant experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), particularly Intune and Google Workspace.
Proven hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and owning the technical capability of MDM solutions.
Understanding of performance benchmarking, fault detection, and fault resolution.
Significant experience with SaaS service monitoring tools and controls for ensuring performance and reliability.
Substantial knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services, particularly hybrid cloud environments.

Active SC Clearance is required for this role.
