Suffolk Mind is seeking a Deputy Head of Income Strategy and Growth in Felixstowe to lead the creation of a new income-focused function. You will reshape a team from the ground up, work with senior leaders, and help secure resources to maximise impact for communities.

You will develop and deliver a comprehensive income strategy combining fundraising, grants, partnerships, and other income opportunities, strengthening financial sustainability and supporting the organisation's mission.
