Lead Inclusion Support Practitioner - ARP (Therapeutic)

Northampton International Academy is seeking a Lead Inclusion Support Practitioner (Therapeutic) to help support pupils with EBSA, Anxiety and/or ASC as the ARP opens for up to 30 students in September 2026. This role starts October 2026 and is permanent.

You will work with teachers, external clinicians and parents to provide direct support and therapeutic sessions, delivering small-group interventions to help pupils access education and build emotional wellbeing within EMAT.
