Lead In-House Legal Counsel - Recoveries & Collections

Lovey is seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to own and oversee recoveries and collections. This hands-on role guides cases from pre-litigation to enforcement, delivering commercially compliant outcomes while managing external and internal stakeholders.

You will lead a small in-house team, shape recovery strategy, and build scalable legal playbooks to support rapid growth in our UK lending operations. Office-based in Central Birmingham with full-time hours.
