Lead Identity & IAM Principal Analyst

Hippo is seeking a Principal Business Analyst (Identity) to lead strategic identity initiatives for complex client engagements. You will guide discovery, shape product direction, and mentor junior BAs while delivering real-world identity solutions.

You will work with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and delivery partners to turn ambiguity into actionable roadmaps, manage risks, and grow Hippo's Identity practice across bids and delivery.
