Lead ICT Technician - Technical Leader & Improvement

North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking an experienced ICT Lead Technician to act as the senior technical lead within the ICT Support team. You will own technical services, lead investigations, coordinate complex incidents and drive continual service improvement across infrastructure and applications.

You will shape technical standards, work with stakeholders and suppliers, and mentor colleagues to strengthen resilience while delivering secure, reliable digital services for the organisation.
