Lead Home Manager - Small Residential Care Home

Avon Search is recruiting a Home Manager for a well established residential care home in Eastbourne, East Sussex. You will lead a small team to deliver high quality, person centred care for up to 20 residents in a warm, homely environment.

The role requires proven Home Manager experience, strong CQC knowledge, and a compassionate leadership style. The successful candidate will maintain standards, drive improvements, and build relationships with residents and the community.
