Lead High Rise PM - London Residential Projects

The People Pod in London is expanding its new division focused on high-rise residential and complex envelope projects. As Project Manager, you'll be number one on site, taking full ownership of delivery and reporting to senior leadership.

You'll lead site teams and subcontractors, drive QA and safety compliance (BSR, Building Safety Act and golden thread), manage preconstruction activities and coordinate with design and commercial teams to keep programmes on track.
