Lead HGV Technician & Team Leader (Fleet Maintenance)

Schenk UK is seeking an experienced HGV Technician Team Leader to guide and mentor a workshop of skilled technicians. You will be hands-on in maintenance, inspection and repairs, while allocating workload and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Leadership is essential to maximise fleet availability, with a focus on first-time fixes, efficient problem-solving, and adherence to DVSA and company requirements. The role operates on a 4-on, 4-off day shift.
