Lead Health & Safety Officer - Food Manufacturing

Castle Employment Agency Ltd is seeking a Health & Safety Officer for a standalone role at a growing food manufacturing site in Holme-on-Spalding-Moor. You will own the site H&S function, reporting to the Operations Director, and help shape safety culture across a busy production environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position (part-time considered) with hours 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Salary £40,000 plus opportunities to contribute across audits, training and continuous improvement.
