Lead Gymnastics Coach

Thursday and Friday 15:45-21:15, Sunday 07:45-14:15pm

What You'll Be Doing:

As Lead Coach, you'll be the energy and support behind our coaching team - a hands on mentor, motivator, and role model. Your role will be split between delivering amazing sessions and supporting the growth and development of your fellow coaches.

• Lead by example in the delivery of fun, safe, high energy gymnastics and Ninja classes
• Mentor and support coaching team members, helping them build confidence and improve session quality
• Provide training and development guidance to new and existing coaches
• Support the Programme Manager with daily operations, staffing, and cover planning
• Organise daily coaching responsibilities and ensure team coverage
• Ensure all coaches work within their approved skill remit and follow Health & Safety guidelines
• Support team meetings, safety checks, and feedback reviews
• Handle parent/member queries and feedback with professionalism and positivity
• Contribute to achieving club goals, including member growth and retention
• Support with opening and closing duties as required
• Help create a supportive, inclusive, and enjoyable club culture for both team and members

What We're Looking For:

• Proven coaching experience (preferably in gymnastics, parkour, or Ninja style training)
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience in a coaching environment
• Confident leading a team and developing others
• High energy, self motivated, and passionate about children's development
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive, solutions focused mindset
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Must be 18 or Over
• Competitive pay - up to £13.71 per hour
