Lead Grower, Data-Driven Protected Crops

MorePeople is recruiting a Grower to lead commercial protected crops in a modern UK glasshouse. You'll shape crop strategy, manage climate, irrigation and nutrition, and work with data-driven systems to optimise yield and quality.

You'll collaborate with operations, technical and production teams, mentor colleagues, and drive continuous improvement. A degree in horticulture and practical protected cropping experience are preferred.
