Lead Glazier - Drive Quality & Team Growth (uPVC)

Routes to Work in Scotland seeks a skilled Lead Hand/Glazier to join its production team in Cumbernauld. You will lead glazing operations, ensure schedules and quality standards are met, and mentor junior colleagues on a daily basis.

The role requires proven glazier experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to quality and safety. You will work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, in a well established, workplace that values professional growth.
