Lead General Builder for Refurbishment & Repairs (London)

Optimal Maintenance & Refurbishment is seeking a General Builder / Subcontractor based in London. You will handle refurbishment projects from kitchens and bathrooms to full house renovations, roofing and external works with a focus on accurate quoting and high-quality workmanship.

The role requires at least 7 years in construction, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and joinery skills, a DBS check, a valid van and tools, and comprehensive insurance.
