Lead GenAI Engineer - Architect AI Systems (Equity)

Motorway, the UK's leading car marketplace platform, is seeking a Lead GenAI Engineer to define and raise the bar for GenAI across the data and AI function. You will own architecture, set standards, and directly build the hardest features while mentoring senior engineers.

Reporting to the GenAI Engineering Manager, you will partner with principal engineers, data leaders, and product leadership to ensure scalable, cost-effective AI solutions that improve buyer/seller experiences.
