Lead Front Office Talent Sourcing Partner

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in London is seeking a Lead Talent Sourcing Partner for Front Office Hiring at VP level. You will own talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and deliver market intelligence across Banking, Wealth, Markets and Services.

You'll build passive candidate networks, conduct executive search style outreach, and ensure sourcing practices meet regulatory standards. Experience in Workday or Eightfold is beneficial but not required.
