Lead FP&A Analyst

FP&A Lead - London city

We are seeking a commercially focused FP&A Lead to drive high-quality financial planning, analysis, and insight across a key Business Unit within a global organisation. This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for delivering robust forecasting, long-term planning, and performance reporting to support executive decision making and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Business Unit FP&A, delivering accurate forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning
• Provide clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership and Board level stakeholders
• Develop granular performance reporting across customers, operations, and geographies, identifying trends and actionable opportunities
• Partner cross functionally to strengthen financial visibility, challenge performance, and drive continuous improvement
• Enhance business intelligence capability in collaboration with Data & Analytics teams
• Support business development initiatives, pricing strategy, efficiency programmes, and M&A activity through robust financial modelling
• Drive consistency and best practice across FP&A processes, including rolling forecasts and KPI development

Candidate Profile

• Professionally qualified accountant
• Strong commercial acumen gained within large, complex organisations
• Advanced analytical capability with experience handling large datasets
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
