Lead Food Production Zone & Prep (Backshift)

Trades Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Base Worcestershire-based permanent Zone Leader/Prep Manager on a backshift. You will lead a Production team in a fast-paced Food Manufacturing environment, ensuring GMP, hygiene and safety standards are met.

Offering a collaborative, promotional culture with real prospects for progression, the role features a 2:30pm-11pm backshift, 33 days holiday and a pension after 3 months. Salary up to £40K depending on experience.
