What You'll Do:

• Support the Wing FEM and digital analysis team (1AWIA) in delivering top-notch solutions and validating FEM data throughout the modification and certification process for all Airbus commercial aircraft programmes.
• Tackle day-to-day challenges related to FEM analysis, including studies, investigations, risk assessments, and modifications to support in-service occurrences, repairs, plant and FAL issues, design modifications, and developmental designs.
• Ensure timely release of internal loads data and supporting documentation for wing component stress analysis (both static and fatigue).
• Approve linear FEM reports and keep the existing fleet flying with in-service repairs and occurrences.
• Encourage diversity, health & safety, ethics, compliance, and environmental sustainability.

What We're Looking For:

• A rational approach and commitment to meeting work requests based on engineering prioritisation and direction.
• Expertise in all aspects of FEM and digital analysis (GFEM, DFEM, Test for Static, F&DT) across SA and WB family Airbus programmes.
• A passion for maintaining the integrity of design intent and solutions.
