Lead Family Support Worker

We Do Social Work is seeking an experienced Family Worker to join a dedicated Family Support service in Oldham. The role focuses on working intensively with children and families to build trusting relationships, assess needs and deliver tailored interventions that improve outcomes.

You will manage a caseload, coordinate multi-agency support and provide direct interventions with families. A strong background in safeguarding and multi-agency working is essential.
