Lead Facilities / Maintenance Engineer

Brightwork is delighted to be supporting our client, a highly respected National Healthcare organisation with a reputation for providing the highest standards of private healthcare.

You will have a dynamic and varied role and will be responsible for undertaking all elements of Facilities & Maintenance Engineering within a complex, highly regulated healthcare environment.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

• Fault finding
• Emergency breakdown and repair
• Planned Preventative Maintenance
• New plant and equipment installation as required
• Provide operational leadership to Facilities / Maintenance teams

City & Guilds Part 3, HNC, or NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) qualified within in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, you will have a wealth of previous experience managing all elements of plant and equipment and facilities maintenance, ideally within a highly regulated, complex healthcare, Life Sciences or associated environment. You will be able to demonstrate first class Facilities Engineering management experience and be well versed in planning, leading and managing all associated operational maintenance activities.
