Lead Enterprise Data Architect

A leading London Market Insurance firm is looking to hire a Lead Data Architect to join their growing Data Architecture team to share the enterprise-wide data architecture. You will provide strategic direction, influence and guardrails to enable quality and well-governed data outcomes across the business. This role is more focused on working through influence, governance and collaboration rather than owning or delivering data solutions.

• Financial Services Experience is essential
• Strong experience shaping enterprise data architectures
• Significant experience in governance, MDM, metadata, lineage, modelling, quality management and data security.
• Have experience in cloud data platforms
• Have an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting data
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in leadership and shaping architectural direction
• Knowledge of Databricks, Azure, SQL Medallion Architecture and AI Fundamentals
