About the Role

As a Lead Engineering Administrator, you'll support the Engineering Team by coordinating engineering administration, documentation, procurement, maintenance planning, and project support activities. You'll play an important role in advancing our mission by helping ensure efficient, compliant, and consistent engineering operations across multiple locations, while collaborating with talented colleagues to deliver meaningful results for our customers, partners, and communities.

What You'll Do
  • Provide administrative support to Engineering teams across the Basingstoke and East Grinstead sites.
  • Coordinate engineering documentation, records, and compliance-related activities.
  • Support spare parts, inventory control, and engineering procurement processes.
  • Manage ERP transactions, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier coordination.
  • Assist with CMMS administration, preventive maintenance scheduling, and statutory inspections.
  • Support engineering projects, CAPEX activities, document control, and project tracking.
  • Coordinate contractor activities, permits to work, and EHS compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience working with ERP systems in an engineering or technical environment.
  • Understanding of engineering processes, quality systems, and maintenance activities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across sites.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • Experience maintaining records, reports, trackers, and engineering documentation.
  • Knowledge of CMMS, engineering administration, contractor management, or project support is preferred.
