Lead Engineer, Multidisciplinary Systems & Software (Aerospace)

Eaton MSD Cheltenham is seeking a Lead Engineer to head a multi-disciplinary team delivering critical control and data processing products. You will supervise engineers, balance requirements, and ensure progress meets cost, schedule, and quality targets through lifecycle phases.

The role requires DO-178/DO-254 and ARP4754 experience, a strong systems/software/electronics background, and leadership in fast-paced defence/aerospace environments.
