Lead Engineer, AI-Native Delivery & Mentorship

Grant Thornton UK is building a new digital function as part of a £500m transformation. We are hiring Lead Engineers to be the senior technical voice in delivery teams-hands-on leaders who can operate in an AI-native environment, prototyping through deployment.

You'll own technical direction, mentor engineers, and work closely with product managers and business stakeholders in a matrix structure. Flexible working options are available, with appetite for reduced hours or job shares.
