Lead Engineer

At Chartsign, we are partnering with a leading organisation to find a dedicated Lead Engineer for an exciting programme delivery role within the engineering sector. If you have proven experience in engineering programme management with a focus on automotive, propulsion, or vehicle engineering, and hold strong stakeholder management and agile delivery skills, we want to hear from you.

This role involves driving the engineer content delivery, leading stakeholder alignment sessions and coaching teams to success using agile methodologies. You'll utilise tools such as Excel, Jira, and Smartsheet for data analysis, reporting, and dashboards, while employing your problem solving and risk management expertise to ensure smooth execution.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a methodical approach, excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting complex data to varied audiences. Experience within automotive or electrical commodities industries, along with relevant qualifications, will be advantageous.
