For-the PurposeAre you an experienced passive fire engineer looking to take the lead on high-quality PPM works within a growing and professional organisation? We're looking for a Lead Engineer (PPM) to play a key role in delivering compliant, well documented maintenance services across our client portfolio.
This is a hands on role where technical expertise, leadership on site, and attention to detail really matter.
For-the Responsibilities- Working in full compliance with FORTH Engineering Standards at all times
- Carrying out ventilation cleaning services in line with TR19 standards
- Completing annual drop testing of fire damper units to BS9999 standards
- Undertaking additional training or retraining as required to support evolving business needs
- Accurately completing daily service sheets and client reports using Flow and BigChange systems
We're looking for a skilled and adaptable engineer who is confident leading PPM works and supporting the continued growth of FORTH Fire across the air and fire industries.
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexible approach to travel and changing schedules as the business continues to expand
- Proven experience carrying out fire damper drop testing to BS9999 standards
- Experience delivering grease hygiene services in line with TR19 - Grease standards (or equivalent)
- Experience in air hygiene services to TR19 standards (or equivalent)
- Grease Hygiene Technician Certificate (or equivalent)Experience managing large or complex fire damper projects
- Firestopping inspection course (or equivalent)
- Experience in ventilation hygiene assessment services
- Experience delivering indoor air quality (IAQ) services
- Experience in fire and ductwork remedial works
