Lead Employment Counsel, EMEA - In House

The Taylor Root client is seeking a Lead Employment Lawyer for a globally active financial services firm. This in-house role covers a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters across the EMEA region, reporting directly to the General Counsel.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across London and the region, handling advisory, contractual, and strategic employment initiatives. Ideal candidates will have 5+ PQE, with experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
