Lead Electrical Engineer

Location: Arnhem (hybrid available)

Duration: 6 months (strong potential for extension)

Contract type: PAYE/employed

Role overview:

• Lead a technical team (civil/auxiliary/safety)
• Support major grid connection projects (offshore wind, 2GW HVDC)
• Tackle planning, process optimisation, and quality improvements
• Focus on people leadership and change management

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (HBO+), 5+ years' experience
• Strong team leadership in energy, offshore, or large infra projects
• Dutch & English communication skills
