Lead Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer

Your Role

As Lead/Senior E&I Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems. You will lead a team of engineers and serve as the technical point of contact in your field of expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating E&I engineering activities within projects
• Designing electrical and instrumentation systems in accordance with client requirements and applicable standards
• Preparing technical specifications, drawings, and documentation
• Performing calculations and technical analyses to ensure system performance and safety
• Collaborating with other disciplines such as mechanical and process engineering
• Monitoring progress, quality, and budget in close cooperation with the project manager
• Providing technical support during procurement and execution phases
• Ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Contributing expertise in analyzer systems and sample conditioning system design and integration

What You Bring

• A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical field
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including standards such as ATEX and IEC
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and working in a project-driven environment
• Specific experience with analyzer systems and sample conditioning systems is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude
• Analytical mindset with a focus on quality, cost control, and results
• Willingness to travel when necessary
